For deliveries within United Kingdom mainland we will use Interlink Express Courier service. You may select one of the following four delivery tariffs:

If you are not present to accept the delivery the driver will leave the parcel in a 'safe place' (out of sight and protected from the elements). He will then leave a card through your door informing you of this.
If there is not a safe place the driver will leave a card with the details of how to collect your parcel from the depot, or how to arrange for a re-delivery
Important information for next day deliveries
Unless an express service is chosen, your order will be delivered between 8am-3pm on the next working day, providing the order is placed before 12pm. (Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days)
Next day delivery is not available to the following postcodes: KW1-3, KW5-14, IV3, IV21-28, PH31-44
United Kingdom Off-Shore
This tariff applies to all areas off the UK mainland including Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Scottish isles, The Isle of Man and the Scilly islands.
We will endeavour to dispatch your order within three working days. The order will be sent by Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery and requires a signature on receipt of the goods. Royal Mail guidelines for 1st class delivery are 1-2 working days.

Royal Mail guidelines for 1st class delivery are 3 working days for Europe and 5 working days for the rest of the world. Getmyfashion.com takes no responsibility for delays caused by Royal Mail. Any additional charges incurred at customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. For packages above 2kg there will be an additional shipping charge depending on weight which will be quoted by email before dispatch.

Cancelling an order
Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from getmyfashion.com and be given a full refund. Order cancellations must be made in writing via e-mail to enquiries@getmyfashion.com, quoting your order number, within 7 days of placing your order. If however, your order has already been dispatched, you will need to return the order to us following the procedure below in Returning items.
Returning items
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition. (See section IMPORTANT NOTICE for what constitutes ‘original condition’) and fill out the returns form on the back of you delivery note within 14 days of receiving the goods and post to the Return of goods-address at the bottom of this page or on the returns form. We will then refund the value of the item or items when they arrive at our returns address. We will not however, refund the shipping cost. Please also be aware some products, if opened, are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. These products are; underwear, swimwear, hosiery and pierced earrings.
Exchanging items for a different size only
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, fill out the returns form on the back of your delivery note, stating the size you require. Providing we have the size available when we receive your request we will send a new item free of shipping charge to the original delivery address upon receiving your returned item(s) in their original condition (See section IMPORTANT NOTICE for what constitutes ‘original condition’) . If we no longer have the size you require we will contact you either by email or telephone to advise you we are refunding your card for the returned item. However, the shipping cost will not be refunded. In order to guarantee getting a different size we would advise purchasing the new size from the website and return the size not required following the Returning items section above.
Faulty items
If the item you received is faulty, please return the goods to the Return of goods-address at the bottom of this page or on the returns form, using the returns-form on the back of your delivery-note and clearly state where on the item the fault is. Please ensure that you complete the form fully in order for us to deal with your transaction promptly. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us. In the case of a faulty item we will refund the original shipping charge. Please note however, if the goods for any reason are not considered to be faulty, you will be charged the additional postage & packaging before the goods can be returned to you.
I received the wrong item
If the item you received does not match what is stated on your original order, please return the goods to the Return of goods-address at the bottom of this page or on the returns form using the returns-form on the back of your delivery-note and state clearly the reason for your return. Please ensure that you complete the form fully in order for us to deal with your transaction promptly. If you have received the wrong item, we would appreciate if you can return the item to us as soon as possible within 7 days of receipt.
Discount prices
If a discount was applied to your original order, any item returned for refunding will only be refunded to the value of your original purchase value.
Returning items in their original condition
When returning clothing or footwear please make sure that when trying items on, you are not wearing any make-up, perfume or deodorant which in any way, might leave a scent or a mark on the item. The item must also be returned in any original packaging (other than tissue paper or the plastic delivery bag), with any tags still attached and must not have been worn (other than to try on) or washed and must be in the condition the item left getmyfashion.com. We strongly recommend you return any items in a water tight plastic bag to avoid any unnecessary damage.
When returning Jewellery; avoid contact with perfume, deodorant, hairspray or water. Avoid scratching the jewellery by storing in a non-abrasive box or pouch. Always handle with care and do not apply any unnecessary force. The item must also be returned in any original packaging (other than tissue paper or the plastic delivery bag), with any tags still attached and must not have been worn (other than to try on) or washed and must be in the condition the item left getmyfashion.com. We strongly recommend you return any items in a water tight plastic bag to avoid any unnecessary damage.
We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed
Other information about returning items
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we would recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery service.
Always retain proof of postage.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
Please note that we do not accept returns from courier companies.
Please note that refunds for items bought as presents can only be given to the original payer, and if you decide to swap an item, we can’t stop the payer knowing.
Always complete the returns-form on the back of your delivery-note. Enclose this form with the goods and return the parcel to the returns-address listed below.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
