For deliveries within the United Kingdom Getmyfashion will deliver your parcel by choosing the most appropriate service depending on your order, the service selected and your destination.
Most *mainland postcodes will be delivered using Home Delivery Network Courier service and most off-shore postcodes will be sent by Royal Mail.

All services are fully trackable and an email confirmation with tracking-details will be sent to you once your parcel has been despatched. For courier deliveries, you will be emailed a delivery time-slot the day of delivery. If you need to change the date or time of delivery, you can do this through the link in the email from Home Delivery Network Ltd.
All services will require a signature on delivery, apart from Economy delivery to UK mainland.

For Royal Mail Airsure or International signed For services we will despatch your order within 2 working days. The orders will be sent by Royal Mail Airsure service whenever possible.
The Airsure service can be tracked at certain points on its’ route from the moment Royal Mail receives the goods to the moment it reaches its destination. On despatch we will email a tracking number to you so you can keep up to date with progress of your parcel.
For destinations not offering the Airsure service we will despatch your order using Royal Mail International Signed For service which requires a signature on delivery. This service can’t be tracked in as much detail but you will still be emailed a tracking number on despatch so that you can follow progress.
The guidelines for Royal Mail post to Europe is 5-7 working days. Please note that Getmyfashion will not take any responsibility for delays caused by Royal Mail or any subsequent couriers used by them.
For TNT delivered 1-2 working days We will despatch your order the same day (Monday to Friday) if the order is placed before midday. Orders placed after 12pm will be despatched the following working day. This service is fully tracked through TNT and you will be sent an email with a tracking number to follow the progress of your order.
Additional charges; please note for TNT deliveries, there may be a surcharge depending on size and weight of items ordered in which case we will contact you via email shortly after you have placed your order. If additional payment is required we will not be able to despatch until we hear back from you.

We accept all card types displaying either a; Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Solo or Maestro logo. We have tried to keep our payment process as simple and as hassle free as possible. Simply go through the payment pages filling out all the information required to process your order. Please be assured we take all necessary steps to ensure your security. When you purchase goods over the internet from us you will not have had the opportunity to try the items on and inspect them before making a payment. Because of this, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you are entitled by law to return them and receive a refund. Please read below on how to return items to us.
RETURNING ITEMS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in their original condition (see section below for what constitutes ‘original condition’), complete the returns form on the back of the despatch note and post it using the returns-label attached within 14 days of receiving the goods. We will then refund the value of the item/s, excl shipping-cost, when they arrive back to us.
EXCHANGING ITEMS FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE ONLY
In order to guarantee getting a different size we would advise purchasing the new size from the website and return the size not required following the ‘Returning items’ above. We will refund the additional shipping-cost (standard delivery only) once we have received the returned item. Please enter the new order number in the section provided on the returns form. Unless we have this information we will not be able to refund the additional shipping-cost.
Alternatively, complete the details above and state what size you require. Providing we have the size available when we receive the item back, we will send it to you within three working-days.
FAULTY ITEMS
If the item you received is faulty, please complete the returns form including details of the fault in the comment-box on the back of the despatch note and post it using the returns-label attached. Please return faulty items as soon as possible. We regret we can not assist with items purchased more than 8 weeks prior to being back to us. In the case of a faulty item we will refund the original shipping charge. Please note however, if the goods for any reason are not considered to be faulty, you will be charged the additional postage & packaging before the goods can be returned to you.
I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM
If the item you received does not match what is stated on your original order, please complete the returns form on the back of the despatch note and post it using the returns-label attached. Please return it to us as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days of receipt. To guarantee that we will still have the item you ordered in stock, it is advisable to notify us by email as soon as possible so that we can reserve the garment.
DISCOUNT/SALE PRICES
If a discount was applied to your original order, any item returned for refunding will only be refunded to the value of your original purchase value.
RETURNING ITEMS IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION
When returning clothing or footwear please make sure that when trying items on, you are not wearing any make-up, perfume or deodorant which in any way, might leave a scent or a mark on the item. The item must also be returned in any original packaging (other than tissue paper or the plastic delivery bag), with all tags still attached and must not have been worn (other than to try on) or washed and must be in the condition the item left getmyfashion.com. We strongly recommend you return any items in a water tight plastic bag to avoid any unnecessary damage.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT RETURNING ITEMS
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we would recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery service. Always retain proof of postage. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Please note that we do not accept returns from courier companies.
Refunds for items bought as presents can only be given to the original payer, and if you decide to swap an item, we can’t stop the payer knowing. We have enclosed a returns-address label for you to use.
