We will happily give you a credit note that is valid indefinitely when you return items to us that you are not entirely satisfied with. All returned items must have all tags still attached, there must be valid proof of purchase, the items must not have been worn and they must be returned within 14 days from purchase.
Unfortunately we do not give refunds for unwanted items. When buying items in person from a traditional bricks and mortar store there is no legal entitlement to a refund under English law. This is because you are seen to have had the opportunity to inspect the items, try them on and make sure you are completely satisfied with them before purchasing. Any refund given or credit note issued is done so as a gesture of good will.
FAULTY ITEMS
If you do discover an item purchased from us is faulty please bring it back to the shop as soon as possible and we will try to help as best we can. We do require that you bring proof of purchase and regret we can not assist with items purchased more than 8 weeks prior to being brought in to us.
